Learn how to help in an emergency. CPR, choking and other emergency training will be covered. Two training sessions: 10-11 and 11-12. 

Training will be at the clubhouse. This is a free training. It will not be a certified training. However, all skills are based off American Heart Association guidelines. 

Registration is preferred. Resister below. Walk ins are also welcome.
